Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to the State Bar. Skills:Exposure to various aspects of real estate transactions.Strong understanding of due diligence processes.Ability to conduct title review and clearance effectively.Experience in facilitating commercial real estate closings.Strong organizational and communication skills.
