Epic Travel Staffing Allied is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a travel job in Columbus, Ohio.Job Description & Requirements Specialty: MRI Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 06/17/2024 Duration: 16 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: TravelJob Opportunities Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a--Travel - MRI Tech Shift: Mids, 2p-12:30a, 10x4, 40hrs per week,--every 3rd weekend and every other holiday Length: 16 weeks Requirements: ODH Radiologic License or Registration with a national MRI Registry Minimum of 2 years of experience Large Hospital experience (level I or level II Trauma desired) Current registry with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT (MR) and ARMRIT BLS Other Details: Traveler's permanent address must be greater than 100 miles from the most central facility-- COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):--Not Required Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): UnknownTraveler's permanent address must be greater than 100 miles from the most central facility---Position: MRI Technologist---Shift: 4x10's (1), every 3rd weekend and every other holidayMinimum Requirements (4043):---Minimum of 2 years of experience for travelers---Large Hospital experience (level I or level II Trauma desired)---Current registry with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists---ODH Radiologic License or Registration with a national MRI Registry including but not limited to ARRT (MR) and ARMRIT---BLS Certification---Facility specs: 1,059 bed - magnet, level II trauma, teaching facility. Current scanners: Siemens Aera (majority of scanners), Siemens Skyra, Siemens Vida, Siemens Sola. 40-50 outpatients scheduled daily/inpatients fluctuate between 10-30 per day. Scanners are designated for outpatient and inpatient. We do nearly every exam from cardiac to breasts to brains. We scan a lot of pacemakers and implants/devices. Will not be working solo, 12 or more techs on both first and second shift when normal staffing permits. Radiology nurse(s) in MRI 24/7 as well.
