Reporting to the Director, you will collaborate closely with the Account Manager to deliver exceptional service and value to our clients.Key Responsibilities: * Monitor daily activities, ensure timely data entry, and address inquiries promptly to maintain smooth operations. * Assist the Account Manager in building and nurturing client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery. * Serve as the point person for ensuring data accuracy and integrity, conducting research and resolving issues as needed. * Support tax collection efforts, prepare check requests, and assist with budgeting, forecasting, and accrual processes. * Work closely with cross-functional teams to address client needs, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.Key Qualifications: * Property tax experience required (personal property/real estate) * Familiarity with property tax budgeting, forecasting & accruals * Experience with property tax software preferred (e.g. itamlink, OPT, PTMS) * Strong knowledge of MS Office * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Ability to work efficiently under pressure * Bachelor's degree preferred but not required * Excellent communication skills - written, oral, reporting, diagrams and presentationsWhat Altus Group offers: * Rewarding performance: We are pleased to be able to provide employees competitive compensation, incentive and bonus plans, and a total rewards package that prioritizes their mental, physical and overall financial health. * Growth and development: As a destination for top industry talent, we're investing in you to meet the evolving needs of our clients and deliver on your professional goals.
