at ICF, we are fearless in finding new ways to solve problems, relentless in making sure it pays off for our clients and committed to making a positive change in the worldJoin our community of Enterprise Architects, mission-driven technologists, data scientists, innovation researchers, CIO strategists, and public health researchers & evaluators to challenge the status quoGeneral Description ICF's digital transformation and IT modernization division is seeking a Platform Administrator to join our team of expertsThe platform administrator will support technical operations, incident resolution, and day-to-day availability and maintenance of SaaS platforms, including Atlassian, GitHub, M365, Okta, and other SaaS systemsWhat you'll be doing (Responsibilities/Day to Day):--- Support platform systems administration, including investigation, resolution, and escalation of Tier 1 & 2 issues for business-critical platforms for our customers.--- Design, implement, and support Jira-based workflows and Confluence spaces; as well as support and administer existing workflows and spaces.--- Support other SaaS platforms such as GitHub, M365, or Okta IAM as neededRequired Skills--- 2+ years of hands-on experience administering enterprise-scale server environments; including Linux systems, TCP/IP networking, and scripting languages such as bash, and MySQL scripts.--- Experience with Application Logging and Monitoring platform administration (Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, Sumo Logic)--- B.Sdegree required.--- Green card holder or US Citizenship is required due to federal contract requirements.--- Must be able to obtain a US Public Trust clearance.--- MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply Preferred Skills--- Experience with Qualtrics Platform Administration, Management--- Experience with Posit (R Shiny) Platform Administration, Management--- Experience administering GitHub, M365, or similar platform systems/solutions.--- Certification in Datadog / Sumo Logic / New Relic / Splunk platforms--- DevOps/system administration experience in AWS or another cloud;
