Key Responsibilities: Supervise a team of customer service representatives, including hiring, training, and performance management Monitor interactions to ensure quality standards are met and provide feedback for improvement Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members Required Qualifications: High School Graduate or GED Proven experience in a customer service role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position in a call center-related field Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members Proficiency in customer service software and call center technology Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
