A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II - Per Diem for a Suicide Hotline Call Center. Key Responsibilities: Assist callers in setting recovery goals, determining interventions, and offering appropriate referrals Develop and maintain relationships with callers to identify necessary interventions or treatment Facilitate structured skill training groups and ensure effective handling of service requests Required Qualifications: Four years of full-time experience in a mental health or human services field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field No specific certifications or licenses mentioned Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs Ability to handle phone requests under time and decision-making pressure Experience in crisis intervention is beneficial
