They must possess top academic credentials, exceptional analytical and writing skills, and a proven track record of high achievement.Duties:Handle sophisticated real estate transactions including purchases, leasing, and finance.Conduct legal research and draft legal documents related to commercial real estate matters.Assist in negotiations and closings of real estate transactions.Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on various real estate matters.Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex real estate projects.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Admitted to the State Bar of Louisiana.Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate law.Experience working in a law firm with a substantial Commercial Real Estate practice is preferred.Exceptional academic credentials with strong writing skills.Track record of high achievement and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent references demonstrating a commitment to excellence and professionalism.Education/Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Current state Bar license in Louisiana.Skills:Exceptional analytical and writing skills.Strong negotiation and communication abilities.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Proficiency in legal research and drafting.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Job Location: Baton Rouge, LABenefits:People-driven culture.Meaningful work with a well-defined path to partnership.Highly competitive salaries.Generous paid time off.Extensive benefits package including paid health, life, disability, dental, vision coverage, and 401(k).
