The candidate will be preparing regulatory filings and governance documents, such as bylaws and capitalization plans. Will assist in the interpretation of laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses. LLM/CPA or other tax knowledge and experience are a plus. Any portable book of business is welcome. This full-service Michigan-based law firm was founded more than four decades ago and is comprised of a significantly large team of highly competent attorneys. Some of its key practice disciplines are adoption-assisted reproductive technology law, business-corporate planning, elder law, intellectual property law, and securities law.
