The Role: The Accounting Intern will provide accounting support and financial analysis around CPI’s membership subscription accounting and processes. What You Get To Do Everyday: Support and partner with cross-functional teams in reviewing, processing, and reporting on mass membership processes. Leverage data to process end of certifications, inactive accounts, terminations, and other changes to membership subscriptions. Review and process membership subscription staging tables, ensuring accurate subscription creation. Partner with Senior Accountants to ensure that membership deferred revenue accounts is reconciled accurately and timely. Assist others within the company regarding membership subscription inquiries. Collaborate with Data Analysts to create new and improved membership subscription reporting tools. Perform other position-related duties as assigned. You Need to Have: High School diploma or GED Current standing as a sophomore or higher in college, with an emphasis on Accounting Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Knowledge of accounting principles and processes Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask, prioritize and organize efficiently Ability to manipulate and analyze large volumes of data efficiently Accountable for work produced What We Offer: $18.00/Hr. June - August schedule, with the ability to work hybrid.
