You will process the company invoices for service customers, ensuring timely and accurate billing. You will also assist in the collections process and resolve customer billing questions or inquiries. Qualifications: Minimum two years in billing in a similar role; HVAC experience is a plus Strong understanding of billing processes and procedures Excellent customer service and communication skills (written/verbal) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy Very organized and manages time efficiently Data-driven with high computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software Ability to work independently or as part of a team billing, accounting, invoicing, accounts payable, ap, quickbooks, accounts receivable, ar, office assistant, admin
