Position Summary: You will play a critical role in driving Facilities Management within our 24/7/365 CAR-T manufacturing operation. You will be responsible for ensuring a quality, safe, compliant, and productive workplace environment. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for Facilities quality, safety, compliance, and performance, ensuring a high level of customer service. Manage and coordinate vendor relationships, including contract details, performance evaluations, and ongoing communication. Coordinate and manage facility shutdowns, ensuring minimal disruption to operations by effectively scheduling, allocating resources, and mitigating risks. Address day-to-day operational needs promptly, resolving issues to maintain continuity and efficiency. Develop and implement strategies for operational excellence, cost reduction, and facility optimization. Interact with site and corporate leaders to represent Facilities and provide updates on facility-related matters. Lead meetings with site occupants to communicate site services changes. Recognize and communicate emerging site issues to ensure timely resolution. Lead diverse teams through change and organizational transformation. Support Project Development and Delivery teams on capital and infrastructure projects. Serve as primary site liaison for Environmental Health & Safety compliance (as appropriate)
