Job Duties: Lead AQP process and develop product quality criteria during new product introduction. Initiate and manage customer or internal corrective actions using data based, structured, problem-solving methodology. Support quality functions of day-to-day manufacturing operations. Acknowledge and understand all customer General Quality Agreements, General Quality Requirements and standards, as set by each customer. Lead AQP process and develop product quality criteria during new product introduction. Act as a communication liaison between the customer and manufacturing facility. Function as a technical resource for the initiation and implementation of cost improvement plans on new and existing programs. Implement systems and procedures that assure compliance with Quality Standards. Develop and implement statistical incoming and in-process sampling and control plans. Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field and 2 years of experience in Quality-related field. In lieu of a Bachelors degree, an Associate degree in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field and 4 years of experience in Quality-related field. Of the above experience, must have: 2 Years of experience in Root Cause Analysis utilizing industry standard tools; 2 years of experience with Statistical Analysis; 2 years of Experience with ISO 13845 and CFR11 compliance; 2 years of experience with Process Mapping, PFMEA and Control plan generation; 2 years of experience with an ERP system; and 1 year of experience with Blueprint Reading and Geo-dimensional tolerancing.
