Start your Voyage - Apply Now Get to Know the Opportunity: Voya Investment Management (Voya IM) is seeking a Client Portfolio Management Analyst to join its Equity Client Portfolio Management (CPM) team. The CPM Analyst will work closely with the CPM team and the equity investment platform to enhance efficiencies and automation in support of Voya IM's equity business. The role involves assessing existing processes, implementing effective solutions, and providing support to the CPM team as needed. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an entrepreneurial mindset.Please Note: This position has been designated as a hybrid-office/home role in Voya's 230 Park Ave office, NY. Details of your in-office schedule will be finalized with your manager. The Contributions You'll Make: Collaborate with CPMs to develop an automation strategy and project plan, identifying and prioritizing optimal solutions for individual and group needs. Create Power BI workflows to streamline team deliverables and meet the needs of the equity investment teams. Develop Excel macros, SQL scripts, and other tools to automate processes. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in interfacing with third-party data providers such as FactSet, Bloomberg, and Morningstar. Conduct daily and monthly quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of automated data, investigating any potential issues. Assist in producing various CPM-led reports, including presentations, commentaries, RFPs/DDQs, and ad hoc requests. Act as a representative of Voya IM's equity investment team and build strong relationships with internal clients. Foster strong working relationships with the CPM team, investment team, and internal partners.Minimum Knowledge & Experience: Bachelor's degree in finance, business management, or marketing preferred. Minimum 1-3 years experience in operational analysis, automation and/or project management Interest in pursuing a career in the investment management industry, with fundamental knowledge of equity markets preferred. Strong analytical and data-oriented mindset, with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and a focus on quality and scalability. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, VBA, and automation techniques.Preferred Knowledge & Experience: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to assess efficiency needs and develop and implement project plans. Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent interpersonal skills, with a responsive and responsible approach. Results-oriented mindset, able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and maintain focus. Effective oral and written communication skills, including experience in communicating with peers and faculty.#LI-SS1Compensation Pay Disclosure: Voya is committed to pay that's fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities. The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
