The candidate must be Admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. State court or federal court clerkship is required. Should have experience managing litigation. Experience appearing in court, taking depositions, and interfacing with clients preferred. Trial experience is a plus. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are needed.
