Our ideal candidate is personable, committed to cultivating an excellent rapport with every client, and has experience with varied physical conditions treatable with massage therapy. We train our Massage therapists and we are open to hiring and training brand new Massage Therapists. Full and part-time opportunities. Responsibilities: • Offer supplementary services or products that complement the client’s treatment plan• Build positive relationships with clients and team members to create a pleasant work environment• Provide added value to client’s with suggestions for stretching, strengthening, stress relief, and overall wellness maintenance• Prepare the massage table and necessary products to apply to the client’s skin• Use therapeutic massage techniques to deliver a safe and exceptional customer experience that meets their needs and desired results Qualifications: • Licensure if required by state and local law• Massage therapy program completion preferred• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Adequate knowledge of a variety of massage techniques such as reflexology, sports massage, Swedish massage, and deep-tissue massage• Minimum of 1 year of experience Compensation: $60,500 - $71,000 yearly About Company: Restorative Massages & Wellness, LLC, located in Norwood, is looking to add to our highly motivated, professional, friendly, and customer service-oriented team!
