Property Maintenance Technician

Description:
We are looking for a Community Maintenance Technician with good problem-solving skills and a positive work ethic. Willing to train someone with transferrable skills in construction, facilities maintenance, hotels, handyman, real estate, mechanic, or landscape-related industries.--Our ideal candidate has experience in property maintenance areas such as landscaping, snow removal, minor repairs, and general grounds maintenance, among others. Responsibilities: --- General maintenance --- Light construction --- Landscaping --- Lawn mowing/lawn care --- Trimming and edging grounds --- Snow removal --- General cleanup of grounds --- Minor HVAC maintenance --- Light plumbing --- Light painting and carpentry --- Miscellaneous general maintenance duties as assigned by the community manager --- Physical demands include bending, pushing/pulling, lifting/carrying more than 50 lbs. Qualifications: --- Legally permitted to work in the United States --- Strong work ethic --- Minimum of 1-year property maintenance experience or Willingness To Train --- Valid driver's license with no major violations --- Experience with and knowledge of the proper use of power and hand tools, lawn care, and landscaping equipment --- Experience with snow plowing and related snow removal equipment --- Ability to work independently under the direction of the community manager About Company: We are a privately held company that owns and operates manufactured housing and RV communities throughout the country.
