We are looking for an Assistant General Manager who wants to progress into a GM role within 3 months. You will come from a strong hospitality background, preferably in a branded environment and have cross trained experience both FOH and BOH. A passion for people and food is a must – our client is looking for people they can invest in, and their development program will help you move up the ladder in your management career. This is a small site, and you are exposed – you will have a Team of 16 and be able to look after the rota, the floor, stock, wastage and development of your team and create an engaged culture. The Ideal Candidate Branded experience as an Assistant General Manager looking to move up the ladder. Full-service experience but strong delivery arm – preferably cross trained Ambitious Driven Guest Obsessed Sales focused Financial experience A willingness to learn Thrive in a casual environment.
