Job Description:The Center for Music Therapy seeks to hire a temp to assist the Clinical Director and Community and Partner Engagement Director in the operations and administration of the Centers goals and objectives. Responsibilities Include: Coordinate all pertinent clinic training information Coordinate promotional materials for public inquiry Input students and clinical supervisors into Tevera platform (training provided) Invoice Submission and Tracking Assisting in department-related events and projects as assigned Social Media management including postings and upkeep accounts Requirements Include: Strong work ethic Ability to work in a team and independently Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Strong social media skills Excellent verbal/oral communication skills and strong organizational skills Eligible through student employment Available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week Please send a cover letter and current resume, including current contact information for at least two professional references to Rob Moore - XXXX@berklee.edu .
