If you thrive in an environment where your growth and development are encouraged and supported, then Associated Bank may be the right place for you.Provide administrative, deposit, loan preparation/review/documentation/funding support to the Commercial Real Estate team.This person will, Provide facilitation of loan closing process while providing superior customer service to the deal team and borrowers Partner with Relationship Managers as primary liaison with customers, attorneys, inspectors, and title company representatives, during all phases of financing. Responsible for ensuring approved credit presentation deal points are appropriately documented and communicate with member banks on timing and funding requirements Confirm receipt and clearing of exceptions after loan closingRequirements Education Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience RequiredExperience 3-5 years experience in Commercial/CRE finance, law documentation, accounting and/or data systems Required 3-5 years of experience in a customer service position in a professional office environment RequiredIn addition to core traditional benefits, we take pride in offering benefits for every stage of life.
