Reporting to the Supervisor, Accounts Payable the Accounts Payable Clerk will be a crucial part of the success of our business by ensuring our vendors are paid on time and accurately. To be successful, we are looking for a self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills, who works with a high level of integrity and understanding of confidentiality. The successful person has high attention to detail and can adapt, multi-task, prioritize tasks, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities : · Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures· Assist in facilitating monthly department goals· Process and review vendor statements and ensure efficient and accurate processing· Identify possible process improvements and investigate value-added solutions· Maintain strong mine site and vendor relations Qualifications : · Diploma in Business Administration· High School Diploma or equivalent· High digital literacy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite®Experience in a fast-paced clerical or accounts payable setting would be an asset Powered by Jazz HR.
